B'more Fresh Voucher Program

Baltimore City residents enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) can earn $30 per month to purchase fruits and vegetables when they shop online with a participating grocer. After spending $5 on SNAP-eligible items, shoppers will receive a $30 produce voucher in their online account. This program is available until December 2026, funded by the American Rescue Plan Act.

Eligibility: Anyone in Baltimore City receiving SNAP benefits is eligible for the program. You can determine your SNAP eligibility by clicking here to check your income and Department of Human Services eligibility rules.

How Retailers Refer to Vouchers:

Notice that Amazon and Safeway reference B'more Fresh vouchers differently. Amazon calls vouchers benefit coupons, while Safeway calls vouchers digital deals.

How to qualify for the $30 B'more Fresh produce voucher? 

  • Spend $5 on ANY SNAP-eligible items 
  • Orders must be placed online for curbside pick-up or delivery in Baltimore City 
  • You must have a SNAP/EBT card on file at the time of your purchase 

Are delivery fees waived?

For Amazon, participants can earn a $20 delivery promotion coupon applied towards the delivery fee of B’more Fresh eligible items. For Safeway, B’more Fresh shoppers receive one free delivery each month.
